A blue set for the chic lady who accessories her dogs.
This one is designed to carry cute dresses.
Love the matching purse!
It'll be super easy to find this shocking pink set on the luggage belt!
Red is always classy.
I can't imagine how much it would cost to check all of this luggage now a days.
His and Hers set.

Have you seen the gorgeous blue and white luggage (made by Prada) that Nicole Kidman's character uses in "Australia"? The movie is set in the late 1930s, early 1940s so the pieces have no wheels, are completely impractical and utterly gorgeous. Here's a link to a photo of her with the luggage and her matching traveling suit: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/wellbeing/6094197/Packing-to-go-on-holiday-the-great-gender-divide.html
ReplyDeleteYes! I adore Australia and I want all of Nicole Kidman's outfits and accessories from that film.
DeleteOh my goodness, it would cost your life's fortune to check all that in. Not to mention that it already ways a ton even when empty. Where I live there is an overabundance of vintage luggage. I have even seen hot pink Samsonite in thrift stores. I have also seen lots of the light blue Samsonite practically given away at auctions for less than a dollar. If it weren't so heavy I'd send you some, lol. :]
ReplyDeleteAaaaaah, I love it. There used to always be a ton of vintage luggage going begging at Value Village, but I've seen less and less lately...
ReplyDeleteThis post is so fun - and perfect for this time of year, when many of us are embarking on jaunts near and far, all of which require a suitcase or two (or ten! :D). Many years ago I had a blue one just like those in the first ad, which I used until it was quite literally falling apart. I'd love to find another one someday, but would also happily take any of the others featured here, too.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a relaxing, gorgeous weekend!
♥ Jessica
I adore vintage luggage and have been hoping for years to find a complete set! :) I've come close, but either it's never in good condition or it's too expensive. :/ One day I shall have completely color coordinated (and not black! lol.) luggage!
ReplyDeleteThe vintage luggage shown on this post are fabulous. There are some great pieces that are so pretty that you wish to own them
